Caïk
Caïk A "caïk" is a typical East Mediterranean boat
(Turkey, Greece).
The scale model I built back in 1996 was an exact copy of an original
mid 19th century scale model.
It was made out of precious woods and ivory. Gold leaves on stern
and bow encarvings.

paintings realized using ancient traditional techniques:
gold powder, Arabic gum, natural pigments.
